The fear of being out of mobile phone contact. Imagine the panic that sets in when your phone has no network coverage or your battery runs out. Yikes! If you panic without your trusty cell phone, you are described as being “nomophobi.”

2. Vidigameaphobia
Fear of video games.

3. Interphobia
Fear of the Internet or World Wide Web.

4. Dextrophobia
Fear of everything to the right of your body. Ideally if you had this phobia, you would date someone with Levophobia, which is the fear of everything on the left side of your body.

5. Alektorophobia
Fear of live chickens.

Red Hot Chili Peppers Return

Billboard reports: With another Chickenfoot tour and the first release of his instrumental side band Chad Smith‘s Bombastic Meatbats looming, the drummer has October circled on his calendar for the Red Hot Chili Peppers’ return to active duty.

“That’s the plan,” Smith tells Billboard.com, noting that what was announced as a one-year break turned into two for the quartet after touring to support 2005′s “Stadium Arcadium.”

“Everybody was like, ‘Y’know, I really like having this time off, not being a Chili Pepper and doing other things…It’ll be two years in September, so now we’re ready. You can’t force people to play when they don’t want to play or aren’t ready to play or whatever — not in our band, anyway.”

The point comes down to: Chickenfoot sucks, and the Chili Peppers are badass. Case closed.

Weird Al is Back

If anyone grew up in the 90′s, they enjoyed Weird Al Yankovic as much as the next guy. Still one of the best cult classics is UHF (great appearance from Michael Richards, you know, before he was a racist). Any way, Al is back. I wish it would of been a cartoon, but we’ll take what we can get. No enjoy some childish humor.

Shark Week! Jackpot!

This could be the most glorious week of the year. I would pick watching Shark Week on the Discovery Channel over witnessingthe birth of my first child (I don’t have kids, I’m just saying…at least kids that I know of). Last night I saw a guy who decided to punch at the shark while it was attacking him. You want to know what happened? That shark bit off both of his fucking hands, yeah, both of his hands. I’ve seen a lot of awesome things in my life, but that was awesome.
